The facility was very welcoming upon entering. The desk clerk greeted me immediately and was very friendly. Everything was clean and tidy.

There was nothing that I found offensive in any way.

Perfect stay for our visit at Bucknell, super clean, so close, conveniet location.

Well, my only suggestion would be firmer mattresses. Other than that, fantastic!

The location to Bucknell University

We were first placed in a handicapped-accessible room (we are not handicapped)but unfortunately the toilet was broken. The staff moved us to another room, but the bathtub there was clogged and drained extremely slowly. Overall, it was the hotel was clean and staff were friendly but these two situations made it frustrating experience and we were a bit annoyed.
