The areas.

Clean , well lighted, customer service, breakfast .

A safe neighborhood, hotel is clean, there is 24-hour front desk, rooms are cleaned daily. Bus stops nearby, J and G subway (15 min walk).

This part of Brooklyn ( a few blocks near the hotel) is very dirty, there is trash everywhere on the sidewalks. You can hear noise from the street even on the 4th floor (they have a strange tendency to honk at each other all the time), so waking up is guaranteed (bring earplugs).

Las camas eran muy cómodas y había suficiente espacio. El desayuno era sencillo pero suficiente. El barrio tranquilo. El metro está a unos 15 minutos a pie del hotel

Había basura en las calles, no sé si es ocasional o permanente la situación.
