The Room Was Beautiful,, The sink was cracked in the bathroom

I asked for a quiet room and after I turned off the AC, the TV and finished eating my dinner and was in my pjs. found out that the room I was in was the closest room to the major highway as you could get!!! I didn't sleep a wink. so I give you a 0 Marriott, Bonvoy and will not stay with you again.

The convenience and the staff was awesome!

Breakfast was not ready at 6:30 AM so we had to leave and go to dunkin

My room had a bit of a smoke smell to it but it wasn’t overwhelming. Overall it was a good night stay.

I booked my stay via Amex travel. My trip was fully paid. Upon arrival I was told the king suite I paid for was not available. I was made to pay a charge of $194.60, was told it’s an incidental charge. I requested a print out and was told a print receipt was not possible. Upon check out, I was then told there is no incidental charge and again told they cannot provide me with an itemized receipt. I was also told the charge of $194.60 should have only been $50 for incidental. I’m very disappointed that my paid reservation was not honored. I was placed in a double queen room on the first floor by the back entrance that captured ALL the noise. I would not ever recommend the hotel based on my experience and the unscrupulous billing procedures.

Convenient, close to highway and restaurants
