Das Personal war super freundlich. Das Hotel liegt direkt auf der Reeperbahn, mein Mann und ich waren unter der Woche da. Die Zimmer sind zum Hinterhof gelegen, daher ruhig. Das Bett war gemütlich und das ausreichend ausgestattet.

Das Personal war freundlich. Die Rezeption Tag und Nacht besetzt. Gute Lage. Alles fußläufig erreichbar.

Betten sehr hart!! Keine Klimaanlage. Obwohl man uns einen zweiten Schlüssel zugesichert hatte, haben wir diesen nicht bekommen, als wir ihn brauchten. Sehr unschön.
