Ubicacion. Limpieza. Buen baño.

El trato del personal es muy deficiente rozando lo chabacano. El trato de la señora de recepcion Angela, deja bastante que desear. Malas caras al cliente y encima delante de los clientes no se ridiculiza ni se reprende a una compañera de muy malas formas ( en este caso hacia una chica de animacion) ayer por la noche. Queda muy feo y no se hace delante de los clientes. El hombre mayor que estaba en la recepcion por la mañana el sabado 16/05 mas de lo mismo. Y no se trata bien al cliente. No vuelvo mas.

"DESASTRE DE HOTEL. NO LO RECOMIENDO"

No suelo ser de poner reseñas negativas, al contrario si un establecimiento se lo merece dedico mi tiempo a poner reseñas positivas para futuros clientes. En este caso mi reseña es TOTALMENTE NEGATIVA hacia este Hotel. En primer lugar reservé una habitación triple para 3 adultos que íbamos a un congreso. Al llegar a la habitación encontramos 2 camas y un sofá, en lugar de 3 camas. Bajé a recepción y me dijeron que eso era un sofá cama. Bien, vayamos por partes, se entiende sofá cama para un niño como mucho de 12 años, no para una persona adulta, y no contentos con esto el sofá cama ni siquiera tenía sábanas ni almohada. Por este motivo nos cambiaron de habitación. Al llegar efectivamente sí era de 3 camas pero ahora viene la segunda queja, 2 estaban hechas y la otra no tenía ni sábanas, así que me dispuse a bajar a recepción de nuevo con otra queja, y la respuesta fue darme 2 sábanas y me dijeron "Hágase usted la cama", vamos que ni personal para hacer la cama tenían. Cuando les hice observación de su mala gestión su respuesta fue que en una habitación de 3 nunca se hacía la tercera cama por si alquilaban la habitación a 2 personas y se les ocurría meter una tercera. Total, un desastre de hotel, muy mal señor director o señora directora con el tema del personal que hace las habitaciones, o bien con sus indicaciones. No recomiendo este hotel ni pienso volver, hay muchos otros en Benidorm. Ni una disculpa me dieron.
