Aqua Vista Resort

The appartments layout was great, lot of sunlight in the appartments, the furniture was comfortable.

The apartment we book showed pictures of higher level of the building, we were on Level 2, Unit 7. Unfortunately only two of the burners on the stove worked and one had very week flame to cook anything. We were told it was the last client but that Type of wear and tear happens over time and neglect of upkeep to the appliance. Management did provide a rice cooker and air fryer but the food we took was specifically for cooking in pots and pants. When we arrived at the apartment there was a very stale smell, we weren’t sure what it was until we turned the Air Conditioner off and the smell over time deteriorated and retuned when we turned the Air conditioner on again. I’m an Air conditioner engineer and that smell is usually cause but a block drain and fungus on the coil which can be a health hazard. I can’t confirm without investigation.

Location and the size of the apartment

Our room was given to someone else and after several conversations with the Manager this was eventually was sorted and given the apartment that we paid for before arriving. The process of checking in needs to be reviewed as no ID was asked for and no security credit card hold was required.

Location and staff wonderful. Beds very comfy to sleep in.

Room could have been cleaner. Someone had sat on the bed and left dark hair on the white sheets . Top of bed was all crumpled like someone had laid on the bed. Doors and tracks needed a clean.

Great size & comfortable beds & couches.

Bathroom bodywash & soap wasn’t great. The shower caddy was a little gross.
