Aparthotel Familiaris - Family Apartments - Pools & Spa in Dolomites

Very well maintained and clean, kind staff, loved the location, swimming pools and the view. It is close to a great playground and couple of hiking trails. The room had additional accessories like a baby chair, changing mat, baby cot and even a cute bathrobe for the little one.

We knew there was no AC when booking this accommodation , but did not expect that the rooms get so hot…impossible to sleep. As not AC, we were trying to keep the window open as much as possible but people in the room next door were very determined in their cigarettes smoking:..whoever books it with small kinds, be aware. The service at the breakfast had a bit weird approach, the lady was super nice and the food was very good but cutting 8 slices of cheese for like 15 people eating in the room is a bit funny… one breakfast I could not make myself a simple sandwich with ham, cheese and veggies as constantly something was missing. I get they don’t want to waste food but this goes to a bit extreme..

Lovely apartment with beautiful surroundings and view. The separate children's bedroom was also great. The swimming pool area is lovely. Our children really enjoyed the playroom attached to the breakfast area - we actually had a quiet coffee!

The 'family spa' area is not yet available for use which was very disappointing. We were also surprised that the adult's only sauna was only open between 4pm-8pm - which with young children meant we were unable to use it. Breakfast also only starts at 8am which is very late for children (especially at a family hotel) and also is late given a lot of the hikes and tourist locations need to be accessed early in the day. On the day of check-in, the receptionist did not speak any English, we managed as we could speak some German, but other groups were really struggling. The bath also does not have its own separate faucet, you have to use the shower head to fill the bath, which is not ideal.

Lijep eksterijer. Divan bazen, spa prostor kao i farma. Lokacija odlična.

Sobe zaostaju s uređenjem. U spa prostoru nedostaju još neke sitnice koje bi učinile boravak u njemu potpunim (šamponi, voda/čaj poslje saune).
