Hotel Berghof Graml

Size of the room and view. Easy to get there. View was nice. Owners/Staff were very attentive and concerned.

When we arrived the room was a SAUNA. We knew the hotel had not air conditioner but we expected better fans or at least not to have a hot room. Outside was a lot fresher. It was a horrible night. Me and my family hardly slept. Owners tried to compensate (there was a confusion with breakfast, we did not book it, but niether we nor owner could manage to have it clear).

Die Lage war gut. Es gab eine direkte Busverbindung in die Stadt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Die Gerüche aus dem Restaurant unter dem Hotel waren im ganzen Haus verteilt. Dieses war sehr unangenehm. Die Küche war schlecht bis gar nicht ausgestattet in dem Apartment. Terassentür defekt! Das Zimmer war nicht gut gereinigt!
