El alojamiento está en perfectas condiciones pero el baño olía horrible a cloaca el olor subía horrible a mierda y hay ratas también tengo fotos y videos me quedé durante 3 días y fue horrible las ratas se pasean en todo el piso en la cocina en todos lados no se puede dejar nada afuera la calefacción la prender en las noches y en el día el frío horrible y aparte un ruido del piso de arriba horrible la verdad deben fumigar hay ratas y el mal olor y muy poca iluminación

NLSpacious, clean (though old), great location, close to green space for us dog owners.
Other guests arrived at about 17:00 the Saturday and no key was left for them. They phoned the emergency number which is answered by an agent that has to phone the manager. The manager was reached about 4 HOURS LATER!!! Terrible!!!! They had to use our toilet since there isn’t one in the foyer. The toilet and shower stinks - we believe it is old piping..
NLHet knusse en toch complete. Verder direct in het centrum van Leuven, dat is top.
Alles ging via de app, alleen die werkte niet helemaal zoals het hoort. Stroom twee keer uitgevallen en de eerste avond geen verwarming. Verder deed de TV het niet. Op de momenten dat je hulp kon vragen liep dat goed (via de gewone app). Tot slot was het trappenhuis niet origineel; verschillende breedtes en hoogtes. Ik kan me voorstellen dat niet iedereen dat prettig vindt.
