It's cheap and cheerful and you get what you pay for in that respect. But the room was let down by the fact it allows smoking, something i wasn't aware of when i booked... So it stank. Worst of all though was how rude the guy who runs it is. It's like the fact you have to check in is a real bother to him. Not welcoming at all. Do not stay here!

budgetflats beheerder is heel behulpzaam en ook de vervangster aldaar,maar in het gebouw zijn heel veel dingen al heel lang defect en word ook niet in orde gebracht.ook het gehele verblijf geen water gehad,email naar het hoofdkantoor gedaan ,maar geen reactie. jammer

It gives a sense of insecurity in the near vicinity of this area. The quality of interior decoration is poor and has rotten smell. In particularly, the bed is so fragile that the wooden frame snapped off when sitting on the centre. Lighting is dim.

hôtel très bruyant : problème de radiateur en fonctionnement toute la journée (et la nuit !) + bruit de l'ascenseur

Stay is good if it is for shorter duration, else it is costly if you plan to stay for a month or so.. Rooms were clean and good kitchen..

Fui a Amberes dando un paseo por Bélgica y los hoteles a los que acudí a pie desde la estación estaban mínimo a 76€ (ojo al dato que por 150 había un hostal para una semana que si lo veis flipáis) Me metí en la página estavy el mas barco que vi fue este. El hotel está viejo y tiene poco horario de recepción. La habitación era enorme y limpia pero vieja. El barrio asusta si te asusta la gente inmigrante y yo no andaría mucho por ahí de noche pero si eres valiente te metes en un bar de africanos que hay justo en frente y te pegas una marcha estupenda a 20 metros del hotel. Es como un Apartotel la gente que no va a andar pidiendo q le traigan comida y cosas así porque no tiene ni recepción pero las habitaciones tienen cocina, son como un apartamento enorme con sus sillones y su tele y si te gusta ir a tu aire es estupendo. Por cierto WiFi gratis en la habitación lo q es un detalle pero por favor que barran un poco la terraza que aunque no sea un sitio agradable como la sentarse allí, se ve fea con tantas colillas y basura. Yo volvería para 3 días máximo si quiero estar en zona central pero para más tiempo me iría al hostal. Ojo!! Cargan 6 euros de impuestos en la tarjeta. Es falso q los impuestos están incluidos.

通常のホテルとは違い、長期滞在仕様な設備でした。アパートの部屋のように完結しており、キッチンもあり、簡単な食器や調理器具などもあります。もちろん短期でも泊れますし、サービスも衛生的にも不満な点はありません。可もなく不可もなくといった感じです。

We used the apartment for when we went to Tomorrowland so we were hardly there. When I booked it said it was for 2 people but when we arrived there were 3 beds which was perfect because we had an extra friend staying with us. The room was quite spacious and beds were comfy enough. It did get quite warm in the room, so airconditioning would have been ideal. We did open the window but the room was facing the street front so it literally opened right on to the sidewalk which meant people could see directly in and were even knocking on our window to ask us how much we paid. The toilet light needed to be fixed as it was so dim that if you shut the door you couldn't see anything as it was basically pitch black. We only used the kitchen for its fridge. I would say the price which we paid was ok. I wouldn't have paid anymore, however, the timing (tomorrowland) meant that prices were steep and there was minimal accom available.

One room with comfortable beds - yes, but the appartment was also located in an awful neighbourhood, the floor was coming of, bathroom in a horrible condition and to top it all, there were be bugs in both of the beds. I could not recommend this place even to my worst enemy. Only positive thing was the nice lady in the reception.
