Got to the apartment at ~11pm. Door was locked and no one around. Scary part of town at night especially for a solo, female traveller. Did not receive an email re:instructions how to get in after hours. Called the number, no answer. Had to last minute book a much more expensive hotel. Called hotels.com and was offered no useful feedback or offer of a refund. If you are not able to check into a hotel after certain hours DO NOT HAVE IT AVAILABLE on your site to book, if the booking is being made after the hours. Very scary, expensive and awful experience. May never use service again.
Sur site pour séjour été 96€ la nuit, mais il ont retiré 102 €. Canalisation d’eau est bouché, mauvaise odeur. Il y a pas un parking près du bâtiment
rien. tout était parfait. l'espace la rationalité de l'équipement et la disposition de l'aménagement de l'appartement ainsi que sa situation géographique ( proximité du centre ville).

I checked into City Apartments Antwerp for the Tomorrowland Festival. I was staying there from Friday until Monday. Had a easy check in with the receipton man who was kind and welcoming. Once I got back from the festival on Friday night I stayed here and woke up the next morning with bites all over my body. I thought it could of possibly been a mosquito or something like that but after inspection of the bed I witnessed bed bugs crawling all over the place. I even seen one crawling across the pillow an sheets. City Apartments Antwerp was very understanding about this as I requested a refund and they have granted it to me. But it seems like this has been an ongoing issue as there has been reviews about bed bugs dating back to 2016 so I don’t think this has been dealt with appropriately.

El departamento es espacioso pero el edificio si bien tiene lo necesario como clave de entrada y cochera esta tiene un gasto adicional de 12 euros y ademas debi pagar la tasa de impuestos de 3 euros por persona que en otros establecimientos de Belgica no pague.
