Nazaret Mansion

Full of choices, from the arrival, even though check on wasn't till 3pm, they were able to get us into a room at 1pm... bottle of wine in room. Dinner and breakfast facilities if needed in apartment block... Karen in the pool bar was lovely, really beautiful person and so helpful. All the staff are polite and happy, very nice spices we're created within the facility.

everything was perfect, really enjoyed the place and our visit. The location was perfect too!

Very disappointed in the location of the room, listed as pool view, not from our room or the others next to it.

Really great location..large rooms and great breakfast

Good location. Breakfast was good and dinner, while simple, was convenient coming back from full day excursions, at a fair price. Local staff from Lanzarote like Elena were very helpful. Gardens were nice. My specific room at the end of the corridor had a nice private terrasse to the side, although most rooms did not.

The price was excessive for the conditions and facilities a bit old. Still, as days passed I felt gradually more comfortable. As a small detail, a few days before going I sent written questions by Booking that were not answered - not a big deal, but communication matters.

Big comfy beds, spacious rooms, lovely pool & bar, cant be beaten for location

Rooms are a bit dated now & require modernising, particularly the bathrooms. Whilst the buffet breakfast was good quality/selection, it wasnt kept warm enough in our opinion Whilst a few negatives, still a great place to stay

We had access to 3 pools. 1 heated the other 2 too cold to get in (we went Feb half term). Location was fantastic, literally 5 mins walk to anything we needed and a Spar next door which made it so convenient

Pool bar closed early before the sun had set. would have been better with longer opening times y an hour or two but expect this was due to the time of year
