Great staff, friendly and helpful

Car park allocation. Our allocated carpark was used on the 2nd day and carpark was full. The owner gave us his spot. Due to an event at the stadium there were a lot of people staying or visiting guests (I’m not 100% sure)

Location was good, close to the beach but a bit further to town so car was needed. The owners/managers were excellent, very helpful with everything with great customer service skills.

Place is a little run down. Small upgrade would go long way, like new sofa or outdoor chairs. Also there was no aircon which is not very common these days so on hot summer days was a bit inconvenient in the evenings. Yes, they did have standing fans but not cooling enough for 30° temp.
