Café da manhã maravilhoso, quarto limpo e confortável! Além disso nós deram um pãozinho delicioso no check-out, muito cuidado nos detalhes.

Acredito que tenha sido um fato isolado, mas que comprometeu a experiência. O funcionário que nos recebeu no check-in a 01h (hotel informa que a recepção é 24h) foi rude, sequer falava conosco, não passou nenhuma informação, nos sentimos pedindo um favor, foi bem desagradável.
