Bom café da manhã, localização próxima, cama confortável, hotel muito bonito. Foi nossa segunda vez nesse hotel e tínhamos expectativas, infelizmente sentimos que caiu a qualidade.

A limpeza deixou super a desejar. Praticamente só retiravam o lixo da lixeira e faziam a reposição da água do frigobar... o cão sujo, empoeirado, os pés da minha bebê ficavam super sujos de andar no quarto.. ficamos uma semana inteira e o banheiro não foi lavado nenhuma vez. Pedi referências na recepção algumas vezes e eram simpáticos, mas não sabiam informar. Da nossa ultima vez que estivemos em Gramado, o Bavaria foi o ponto alto da viagem, dessa vez infelizmente não.

Café da manhã excelente. Camas confortáveis. Localização ótima, região tranquila e silenciosa, fora do centro de Gramado mas perto de tudo. Equipe muito simpática e prestativa.

Quartos da parte antiga do hotel têm instalações antigas, precisando de uma renovação. Mesmo assim bastante confortável.
