A localização é ótima, perto das praias de Cala D’or. A decoração é básica mas ótima para ferias de verão. O facto de disponibilizarem toalhas de piscina/praia

A limpeza podia ser mais precisa, não achei muito boa.

Alles super! Bei der Küchenausstattung waren sogar ein kleines Spülmittel und kleine Tütchen Salz und Pfeffer dabei!

Die Live-Musik spielt bis spät in den Abend (24:00 Uhr). In einem Zimmer mit Ausrichtung zur Bühne ist das meiner Meinung nach etwas lange, wenn man schon um 24 Uhr schlafen möchte.

Appart’hotel très bien placé, commerces, restaurants et plage à pied. Studio impeccable, salle d’eau confortable (douche à l’italienne), kitchenette avec le strict nécessaire pour cuisiner, bien suffisant pour 1 semaine. Personnel accueillant et agréable. Grande terrasse avec 2 transats.

"Kikeriki, Apartment für Frühaufsteher!"

Unser Apartment war in Haus 4 im 1. Stoch. Es hatte 1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, sehr hart, und zwei Schlafsofas, sehr bequem und 3 Balkone. Es war sauber, aber abgewohnt! Günstige Parkplätze für 5€ pro Tag, unbedingt zu empfehlen! Gute Lage, kurze Wege zu allen Lokalen.

Küche schlecht ausgestattet. Vor allem gab es keine Kaffeemaschine, nur eine vergammelte Cafetera, die man nicht benutzen möchte. Lärm hielt sich in Grenzen, spätestens ab 23:30 Uhr war Ruhe. Morgens ab ca. 5:30 Uhr beginnen mindestens vier Hähne ihren Rundgang und krähen im Minutentakt. Uns hat es nicht gestört, aber für Lärmempfindliche oder Langschläfer wird es schwierig.
