Quest Dandenong

Very dirty, nowhere as good as any other Quest we have stayed at . not even close. We were locked in the pool area for close to an hour , till we could get a staff member on the phone.

We liked being able to accommodate our pet, the friendliness and helpfulness of the lovely staff and, as a coeliac, having the facilities to prepare my own meals. The bed was comfortable and the linen was clean. Plenty of hot water and good heating (it was cold in Melbourne!).

Very strong smell of cleaning fluid when we first arrived but that did dissipate. Main thing I did not like was that the carpet seemed very dirty-I wear socks inside and they were filthy! The rest of the room etc was very clean so that did stand out. Also not much in the way of shops or restaurants in the immediate vicinity-not walking distance for us. Also parking not secure.

The staff were amazing and friendly and very helpful

Kitchen floor was sticky. There were no tongs in the drawer.. we were locked in the pool area for close to an hour before we could get onto any staff to let us out. very substandard compared to quest in Maribyrnong which was extremely disappointing as it cost more to be at the Dandenong site.

Close to Dandenong Hospital. Staff were able to accommodate turning bed into two singles. Ground floor option was good for me.

These Quest apartments are located close to Dandenong market and the CBD, parks and walking trails, and 30 minutes from Melbourne. Staff were very friendly and professional. Room was clean and had everything I needed (microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer). The bed was very comfortable. Love that the room had a bath!! Excellent wifi, too.
