Quest Dandenong

The location was excellent. Very convenient to walk down to the shops. The staff were great and overall this was great value for money. Would def look up quest in other locations after our experience

More coffe and milk would have been good but otherwise everything was well stocked

Great place to stay with families and it’s close to shopping centre. The only problem was during Easter there was no room service, so our bedsheets was not changed for the four days we stayed there. We had to keep asking for extra towels as during shower water was in all the bathroom in the Otha bathroom. Would still stay there again if I had the chance to go to Melbourne again. Recommend

The room was very clean . It was very quiet . Very safe Hotel . Excellent staff assistance and information . Highly recommend this very clean, comfortable accomodation where the staff treat you like friends , welcoming and informative and quick to provide assistance.

There was no lift so do not over pack .

Quest Dandenong on James Street is right by the A1 main road, so there was plenty of traffic going past. Still, the room was appreciated, and the bathroom/toilet facility was good. We enjoyed the swimming pool. We were well-respected by the staff, who were only too happy to assist us. Thank you. The location was close to main shopping centres at Dandenong, and plenty of places to eat.

The drainage in the bathroom basin wasn't the best, but the Quest maintenance person did his best to resolve the problem. The swimming pool was relaxing, although having people around the pool smoking cigarettes didn't add to the atmosphere. And those residents who chose to smoke outside the motel on the pavement often left their cigarette-butts on the ground, which isn't the best look.
