La Petite Maison

It was so disappointing and uncomfortable we had to leave and book a hotel. We paid extra for a junior suite as we were on our Anniversary trip but we were really disappointed as the room was nothing like the pictures. The room was dingy and quite small, the bathroom was mouldy and tiny, and the view from the balcony was of two brick walls which they hid with a curtain in the pictures. Also the bed was so uncomfortable after two nights we both had a bad back. When we checked out a day early we tried to explain why we weren't happy and he just said "it's not important". He refused to give a refund which perhaps isn't surprising but what a shame a man of his age and in his position didn't have the emotional intelligence or customer service skills to apologize for the way we were feeling. I strongly recommend you book a 4 star hotel rather than this place for the same price.

abbiamo soggiornato solo per una notte. l'hotel è piccolo ma molto curato nell'arredamento, accogliente, tranquillo e pulito. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile. avevamo due camere, in quella più piccola il bagno era veramente stretto ma è un dettaglio trascurabile. non abbiamo fatto colazione perchè nella mail dell'hotel avevano precisato che la colazione consisteva in biscotti e cornetti imbustati, abbiamo preferito un'ottima pasticceria nelle vicinanze. Decisamente da consigliare

We needed to swap the hotel! As soon as after our arriving we discovered that nothing worked! No wifi, no local phone, no safe, no air-condition, no hear-dryer. When I asked owner how it may be and why they did nothing for their customers comfort he cried me " collect your stuff and get out!" It was done! We swapped the hotel. When we made check-out they refunded my cash back (they didn't accept cards). It was 229 Euro for 3 nights. In 4 days they charged my card for 249 Euro (3 nights) after my leaving Italy. What should I do? Look! They are thieves!

Great location near sea front and main line train station ,hotel was very nice owners of hotel live in hotel .viareggio great place to visit

Had a great stay, balcony is not a tradional balcony, no view but I could dry beach towel. My Italian very bad but hotel family could not do enough to help, thank you. Room very clean, breakfast, no fruit first morning but then lovely fir all remaining days. I want to learn Itslian and converse with this lovely family.

B&B scoperto per caso tramite sito di offerte per vacanze, ad un prezzo davvero competitivo. Leggo le recensioni e mi convinco a prenotare: non sarei potuta capitare meglio!!! Alloggiavo nella singola, stanza Chantal, piccina ma graziosissima e comoda nonostante abbia il bagno privato esterno. I Padroni di casa sono davvero persone piacevoli e disponibili, è stato un piacere conoscerli. Nota particolare per le colazioni: brioches e torte deliziose!!! Ogni mattina una torta diversa. Lo consiglio e senza dubbio lo sceglierei in futuro per un nuovo soggiorno a Viareggio. ps: per soggiorni balneari la struttura è convenzionata con uno stabilimento che ha buoni prezzi. Agosto 2015

Siamo stati bene. Gli albergatori sono molto disponibili e gentili. Camere piccole, ma ben arredate, tutte in stile. Posizione molto comoda sia per la stazione che per il lungo mare. Per il periodo di Carnevale ideale. Consigliatissimo.

Sono stata in questo hotel con il mio ragazzo in occasione del carnevale. Hotel a gestion familiare, atmosfera romantica. Unico punto negativo il fatto che le camere e soprattitto i bagni sono piccolini.

Very lovely stay would recommend it. Beautiful decor, friendly hosts and a very nice breakfast with lots to choose from. Only 5 min walk to the beach.
