Riad Dalia

Struttura eccezionale, merito sia della bellezza e della cura con cui è arredato il riad sia per il personale presente: Barbara è strepitosa, ha delle vibes bellissime, tranquille; anche il ragazzo presente che l'aiuta è un 10/10. Entrambi sono sempre disponibili ad aiutarti, anche per problemi non correlati al soggiorno, dalle 8 del mattino fino alle 22 di sera, e sempre con il sorriso! La camera è in stile tipico marocchino, molto curata, un letto comodissimo, il condizionatore funziona benissimo cosi come l'acqua calda; il bagno ha un grande e bellissimo lavandino e una vasca stupenda. La terrazza, cosi come il giardino interno, è un oasi di pace nella città. Il riad dista circa 10-12 minuti dalla piazza principale. C'è il cambio asciugamani e il bagno doccia incluso; sono presenti un armadio, una poltrona e un tavolino.

Youssef. Très clairement, il est l’âme du riad. Il gère tout avec un professionnalisme impressionnant et une gentillesse rare. Son sourire, son accueil, le temps qu’il prend pour expliquer la carte de Marrakech, donner des conseils, partager des bons plans… c’est précieux. On sent qu’il aime son travail et qu’il a à cœur que les clients passent un bon séjour. Honnêtement, sans lui, notre note aurait été bien différente. Il fait toute la différence.

Nous étions cinq et avons payé pour cinq personnes. J’aurais donc aimé que notre fille de 6 ans bénéficie d’un vrai lit, et non d’un petit canapé assez dur et peu confortable pour plusieurs nuits. Les chambres sont également un peu vieillottes. Rien de catastrophique, mais un petit rafraîchissement ferait du bien.

Youssef and Barbara were incredibly helpful. It felt like nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was also very good, basic but with plenty to eat. They made an extra effort to meet my husband's dietary requirements, which we really appreciated. I don't normally drink coffee but the one we had at Riad Dalia was excellent. It was also lovely to hear the birds singing in the morning. The location of the Riad was perfect - near enough to the Jamaâ el Fna Square and for us to get taxis elsewhere. The distance from the Square also gave us a good reason to explore.

This is not a fault with the Riad, more of an observation around the differences in older buildings. I'm quite short and found the steps were tall for me to climb up. If you're short, you might want to ask if it's possible to have a ground floor room. We didn't mention it whilst we were there, so this isn't the fault of anyone at the Riad.

Nagyon szuper Riad. Barbara és Youssef nagyon segítőkészek voltak mindenben, mindíg mosolyogtak és segítettek ha kellett. Csak ajánlani tudom őket! Szép tiszta szobák a képejúknek megfelelően.

Il Riad Dalia ha una posizione incredibile, centrale e soprattutto si trova in una zona della medina molto sicura, particolare non trascurabile se si viaggia in famiglia con bambini o se si è tutte donne come nel nostro caso. La cura dei particolari, la pulizia, la gentilezza e accoglienza di Barbara valgono il viaggio. Noi oltre la colazione ottima, abbiamo anche cenato nel Riad, cucina tipica marocchina veramente di qualità. Torneremo sicuramente e lo consiglio vivamente per un soggiorno indimenticabile a Marrakech.
