El personal se portó bien y estuvo a la altura de la situación que vivimos. Se valora que hayan podido dar una pronta y adecuada respuesta a nosotros como clientes.

Al llegar estaba nuestra habitación abierta y el roll de la cortina tirado. Hasta ahí, lo dejamos pasar, dado que no era para tanto. Sin embargo, a menos de 5 minutos de haber llegado la caja de medidores eléctricos de la habitación empezó a expeler humo y olor a quemado. Inmediatamente llamamos y acudimos a la recepción, dada la gravedad del asunto. El personal se portó bien y actuó de buena manera al activar protocolos de revisión del asunto y nos ofrecieron un cambio de habitación; a lo que yo no accedí y pedí una cancelación y reembolso, dado que no nos daba confianza quedarnos en un edificio que estaba presentando fallas eléctricas de ese tipo que pudieran ocasionar un incendio. Aceptaron mi solicitud, lo cual, creo, era lo correcto de hacer en este caso en particular. Lamentablemente nuestra experiencia no fue la mejor por las fallas mencionadas, sin embargo, nada que decir del personal, que fue súper profesional y actuó de buena forma ante la situación antes señalada. Espero que puedan solucionar los problemas técnicos del edificio.
