Seashells Apartments Merimbula

Clean and comfortable.

Facilities a little dated but even so, clean.

Seashells Apartments Merimbula looked great in the pics and even better in reality. Hosts Michael and Kristen have done an amazing job on providing beautiful quality accommodation which catered for my every need. It’s a small quiet complex in a great spot near the beach. Just a short and lovely walk across the river to the shops and dining. Also there is a cafe and takeaway just round the corner as well. I couldn’t fault my stay at Seashells and will definitely try and stay there again next trip

Very well laid out apartment, lovely manager who was available to answer questions.

TV was a little in the small side and the tv audio was underwhelming.

The apartment was quite comfortable and clean , if a little dated (70;s?) In a good position with a pleasant outlook.

Small but important things like 1. There was a DVD player as advertised but it couldn't be connected to the tv (new?) as there wasn't a cord. 2. We were a couple but like to sleep in separate rooms which is why we booked and paid for the 2 bedroom apartment. NOTHING in the second bedroom was plugged in, bedside lights, electric blanket, heater etc. When we got the light to work it was badly stained and torn. 3. The bathroom and toilet is TINY and leads straight off the kitchen, how a family of five could manage I don't know! Should mention that the toilet roll holder, a very cheap one, is very rusty and should be replaced.

We received a personalised welcome message notifying us of the check in procedure. As these were self-contained units, this was appropriate. It turned out that when we did arrive, the Manager was there anyway and welcomed us directly. As soon as we opened the door we were extremely impressed. The unit was spacious, modern, light and bright and having a washer/dryer was perfect allowing us to catch up on our laundry. The property was located in a quiet back street which was nice and relaxing. Only a 5 minute drive into the main town therefore close to supermarkets, restaurants and cafes.

Our stay wasn't long enough.

Ground floor in quiet corner with all facilities one needed and comfortable.

The bathroom and toilet were rather on the small side but adequate for all that.

Nice and clean facility.

It was convenient, quiet and clean. Friendly owner...

Cold water tap noise... But I'm sure it can be fixed... Didnt really affect our stay.
