Residence Due Torri

We stayed in the Residence building, which is separate from the main hotel. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The Residence has no staffed lobby, which makes check-in and assistance less convenient. In addition, guests must walk to the main hotel for breakfast. The route to town is particularly problematic and feels unsafe, as there is no sidewalk and part of the walk is along a curved road with very limited visibility for both pedestrians and drivers. The room was poorly equipped and lacked basic amenities. (see pictures attached) There were no proper towel racks, no hand towel holder, no toilet paper holder, and no shelf or space for toiletries such as soap, toothbrushes, or personal items. The clothes hangers provided were mismatched and bent. The shower doors and shower fixtures showed visible rust, giving the bathroom a neglected appearance. It was also not communicated in advance that room cleaning is only provided once a week, which was surprising and inconvenient during the stay. Overall, the Residence does not provide the level of comfort and convenience we expected. The maintenance issues, lack of basic amenities, safety concerns regarding pedestrian access, and restrictions on facilities significantly affected our stay. Based on our experience, the advertised rating of 9 is very far from reality and does not accurately reflect the actual condition of the Residence or the quality of the guest experience. Additionally, on both nights at midnight, there was a fireworks display just about 20 meters from the hotel, which was more frightening and noisy than enjoyable, and at the very least, we should have been informed in advance.

Sehr sauber. Eine gute Aufteilung der Zimmer. In der Küche war alles vorhanden. Das Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit.

Laute Straße direkt davor. Leider sehr hellhörig.
