The price for one night $120 until we actually saw the place

Rooms very outdated and the carpet looked 30 years old. Bed was itchy as heck and the place was just dirty all round. This was the first thing we noticed on arrival in the carpark. Also discovered the motel is on the street where all the homeless people hung out at night. Didn't feel too safe walking back at night. Tried to cancel the motel after checking in but were told we wouldn't get a refund as we had paid online already and had checked in. I said we didn't see the room online and obviously had to check in before we got a key. Would not recommend.

location was okay and staff friendly

old and neglected. not super clean. very cramped with no bedside lamp, no plug to charge phone near bed, no hairdryer. one super bright light overhead shining in your eyes when you want to read

Very central to everything.. Comfortable bedz... I waz shown to a room upstairz 4my Mom n i but tha host was kind enough to offer a room on ground level as Mom has an artificial leg wich stairz make it harder for her.. So we were very grateful 2tha host for changing our room for us... Highly recommend......

La ubicación, igual Rotorua es pequño y se encontraba cerca de todo, sobretodo de la parada del autobus

Las habitaciones están en un "espacio abierto", cualquier persona puede entrar, es como el típico Motel de las películas. Como viajana sola, este fue un punto importante, porque no me sentía 100% segura, sobretodo si la puerta sólo se cierra con un botón, no hay una cadena que te haga sentir más protegida. Por otro lado, es algo mínimo, pero sólo hay un espejo pequeño en el baño sobre el lavamano
