Room had air con and a ceiling fan and they both got used. Room was tidy and the beds were comfortable. We had a queen and 2 x singles which worked for our travelling family. Shower had great pressure I enjoyed that. This was fine for our one nights stay until we moved on and out of the Gold Coast. Good Wifi, easy location with a Metro just down the road and the beach close by but we did not visit it.

The motel is dated but that didn't both the stay. However as a family unit it may have been harder to stay in for a longer period of time with space and just such a small kitchen area. Parking was a bit tight (but we did have a big car) Overall this did not take away from the fine one nights stay we had. The noise from the construction did not bother us - it was more the light around the curtain which came streaming in at 5am LOL

Nothing I didn’t stay and I never received a refund over the Christmas period when I could’ve easily rebooked the room I reported this to booking.com. That was still refused a refund as the guest never checked in. It was marked as a no-show. I tried several times.

They’re unhelpful and not giving me a refund when the room was never used. The guest never checked in. It was a week over Christmas.
