Very spacious rooms, spectacular views to the sea and the mountain, very welcoming host, excellent service. Wi-Fi is not working well, there is a leak underneath the Jacuzzi and the splash of the toilet is often needing “help” to water the toilet.

We loved this hotel so much we are going to go back! The owner, Dionisis, was so kind and helpful; always on hand with tips about where to go and what to see. Cheerful and ready with food or drink whenever we wanted it. The other staff were friendly, if as limited in their English as we were in our Greek but always smiling and ready with a "Calimera" and a wave. Our room was always kept clean and tidy with free towels every day. The little balcony at the back was idea to sit and eat or to hand clothes to dry,with a fabulous view of Kefalonia and the beautiful blue sea. I had the single bed and my daughter had the double. I found my mattress a little hard but it didn't stop me sleeping - I just appreciated my bed at home all the more! The food was tasty - although we tended to eat breakfast in our room as we had a fridge, kettle, crockery etc in the room. When we did eat it was a light lunch such as a burger and they we delicious. My daughter had the cooked breakfast as a treat on one occasion and said it was very good. I checked out the wine on several evenings and it was very good. The milkshakes we delicious also - many flavours and very thick. The hotel itself was easy to find using the sat nav and right next to a quiet beach with clear waters. It was a quiet location with a few other houses / tavernas and a super market within walking distance so if you didn't want to leave you didn't have to. Pool was fab!

We cannot praise this place enough Dionisis and his staff were brilliant, friendly and welcoming. The facilities are top notch, quiet but 2 mins walk from the beach, exactly what we wanted. We had a thoroughly relaxing holiday and would recommend it to anyone who doesn't want to be in a resort but wants peace and views but access to good food a pool and just a nice place to be and relax.

Booked for the first week in the season so I knew it would be quite. It was fantastic we had the beach to ourselves everyday (only 2 minute walk) the apartment was spotless with sea views & had all the basic requirements you will need. There's a local family shop well within walking distance (5 minutes maximum). A bigger main supermarket is a short car ride away. The apartment was throughly cleaned every morning by Vicky. The hotel manager was called Nikos (don't forget that) and was very helpful he would help arrange taxis or help book day trips for you. they have a play area for kids with a trampoline,ping pong table,pool table more than enough to keep them busy. Overall it's a fantastic place to stay and I will be returning. Love from The English boys
