"Family weekend"

Was a last minute trip with the kids for a tournament. We had never stayed here before. We were pleasantly surprised with the family rooms. New carpet throughout, nice and warm. Liked the loft bedroom for the kids. Comfy beds, large TV. Above all, super clean.

A little dated. The bathroom and shower were fine, just quite cold with the tiles and got very wet after showering. Would be lovely to see the pool/spa up and running in the summer. We would be keen to visit again.

Didn't appear to be food options available on site. Rooms sit well back from a busy road meaning it was quiet. Very easy and fast check in process. Happy to stay here again.

I arrived at 5pm after a long day to find reception closed and a note on the door with a phone number which I rang twice…no reply. After a while, 2 elderly Chinese people opened up and with limited English, they gave me a room (which I had prepaid). A woman travelling alone should never have this issue. The room was nice and spacious and bed comfy, but won’t stay here again….too distressing.

The layout was cool, kids upstairs, room serviced daily, very friendly host. Ability to warm the room quickly with heatpump. Good parking, comfortable accommodation thank you

Shower had great pressure, though wet floor design left the whole bathroom floor wet after. Host was great with feedback and made extra effort to try to resolve this. Condensation inside windows in the morning.
