Spacious, clean and light room, very close to the beach, but not in the first line so it was rather quiet

Shower cabin is really smaller than in other places

Apartment was cleaned each day apart from weekend. No problem getting beds by the pool. Staff were friendly.

The apartment we had, had a very dark kitchen/sitting room. We had to turn lights on in daytime. The shower was the worst I have ever experienced - Extremely small, so had to have shower doors open while showering. This lead to wet bathroom floor! Small balcony, and because of position of apartment, it got shaded over early in the evening, about 5pm, same with the pool area. WiFi practically non existent.

Very good location, near Rethymno beach, many shops, bars and restaurants in the area, however the hotel is really quiet. Staff is excellent, really friendly and eager to help with any request.

The shower cubicle is a bit small but apart from this the room is really spacious and comfortable.

The staff are just incredible in all honesty, they helped with every request that we had they even gave me their worker's hair dryer to help me. They have a beautiful positive attitude and explain everything so gracefully! The location is around 15 mins walk from the "center" of Rethymno. We never had a problem with the parking, there was always a spot available. The room was clean and spaciou and the beds were comfy. A great stay overall!

Small shower and sometimes we could hear other people from the corridor.

Very small shower enclosure that was almost unusable. Tired and dated decor. Poor leaky aircon. Non-functioning aircon. Toilet not flushing - Only fixed that day after complaining that “next day” wasn’t acceptable (there was a further unannounced visit as we were getting ready to go out).
