Great service, clean rooms and good location. Nearing WangFujing

A clean and up scale hotel with great staff and great breakfast. But it is across the street from the park.

the air-condition is centralised, which means all rooms have the same temperature and this is pretty absurd and disappointing. although it is winter and it is cold outside, the rooms are set at above 30 deg cel and it makes the experience unbearable. i have to borrow a not-so-useful fan and open the window for every night.

Large room but a bit aged. Location not as good as expected

Really nice hotel, hotel restaurants were very expensive, and there weren’t a lot of restaurants super close. They were about a 10 min walk away. Great location, close to the Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven, Pearl Market, Silk Market, and the Metro system. There was always someone who spoke English, the staff members who didn’t were very nice and would go get the person who spake English.

The room was good we had a good view but were only there for one night. The carpet was a bit stretched in the room make parts a trip hazard. The metro is 5-10 mins away. Breakfast was good. The staff were helpful.

This is a beautiful and perfectly located hotel with a few problems. The rooms are lovely but the bathrooms have mold in the showers. The staff is not multilingual as advertised. They also do not have a shuttle to the airport (as advertised) and it feels like the concierge and staff are just trying to find ways to make money on the side.

Better than expected... near to Subway, close to city, 'themed' hotel, spacious room, great room amenities, amazing room service.
