Beautifully modern decor, superb spa, friendly and attentive staff. The room service menu was delicious.

Not really a complaint in any way, as I was well aware that the hotel is on the edge of Zermatt, but do bear in mind that it’s a bit of a walk from the centre to the hotel. But this makes the hotel wonderfully quiet, and it has gorgeous views of the Matterhorn.

Accueil courtois , chambre spacieuse

L'isolation phonique avec la chambre attenante était mauvaise . Les oreilliers étaient très mous et très inconfortables . Nous avons diner le premier soir au restaurant de l'hotel . Nous avons été très déçus par la qualité des plats , rien d'exceptionnels loin de là .

Freundliches Personal und sehr schöne Zimmer. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr lecker und vor allem die Fondue-Hütte muss man unbedingt buchen. Das Spa ist eher klein, aber es hatte nie zu viele Leute da.
