Everything! Location, Comfort and to top it all amazing staff. It was just a pleasure to be there😁

Fabulous location with a gorgeous walk into town. Super clean rooms with fantastic pool with amazing views . Staff were so friendly too.

Water in the room each day would have been great but supermarket only 2 mins walks if needed.

- The receptionist was super friendly - Nice views from the hotel - Good breakfast - Good coffee shop opposite the hotel - Only 10min walking distance to the city center

- Bad WiFi, had to use mobile data since WiFi was very spotty - Bathroom door was transparent, not sure who thought that a transparent door with the toilet right there is a good idea - Overall the room had a slightly worn feel to it and didn't look as new as the pictures suggest - There were no bedside lights - The spa is pay only and the cheapest package is £50. There is no option to use just the Sauna or Hamam, the packages all include at least a massage or further treatments.

Staff were so helpful, especially on front desk. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ample.

A couple of items were a bit old looking. Would have liked to have egg options at breakfast like many of the other hotels in Kalkan but I’m being picky!

Emplacement un peu éloigné de la vieille ville, mais facilement joignable à pied. Calme, soigné, belle piscine, magnifique vue. Patronne très à l écoute. Elle est venue nous chercher car le nom de la ruelle concerne 2 segments: un situé plus en bas et qui se termine en cul de sac et celui en haut où se trouve l’hôtel. Parking devant l’hôtel .Bon rapport qualité-prix.

Petit déjeuner nul! Pas de vrai jus de fruit, café faible,transparent,pas de bon pain etc.

Rhapsody Hotel is a fantastic hotel! It was so clean and welcoming! The view from the pool area is Spectacular and the rooms were beautifully cleaned every day, with amazing eye for detail! The Hamman in the spa was top rate! Ozlem worked her magic on me, and is so professional and friendly- best hamman l have had, and l have been enjoying hammans for 20years in Kalkan! So wonderful to have a spa at the hotel- so convenient and so good!!🤩 The staff are the highlight of the whole hotel! Run by a group of exceptional women- the manager is so kind, helpful, organised and professional- nothing was too much, and she ran the hotel seamlessly. Always available and always courteous and friendly. This applies to all staff there. Our cleaner always stopped to say hello, and even with her limited English and our limited Turkish, we felt her warmth and kindness. We thought we were fairly tidy guests, but once the cleaner had come through daily, it was like a new room-so thorough and thoughtful! 🥰 This was certainly the case with Yaren who worked at the bar and at breakfast! She is a delight to spend time with- hardworking, enthusiastic, joyful and friendly! She was always happy to help and made sure all the guests were looked after. When not busy, she would happily help us with our attempts to learn Turkish, and would share her life and experiences with us- so lovely to hear about other cultures. The hotel serve complimentary tea and cake at 5pm every day - made by Yaren’s delightful husband, who is an excellent chef,-which was a lovely and delicious touch! We liked that there is a fridge in each room, so you could pop out and buy some supplies for your room, although both the cocktails and food at the hotel are soooo good, there was really no need! The hotel is a very special gem. It was so refreshing to find so many strong, clever, friendly and passionate Turkish women running the hotel, after so many years of only encountering men in those roles.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is bright with a beautiful outlook . The pool is lovely , our rooms had lovely view. The walk to town was fine too with lots of shops and restaurants on the way

The only thing i would change is that the guests come down and reserve beds which is absolutely not the fault of the hotel , but would be really improved if there was signs up telling people not to hold beds for longer than an hour if not on them - Generally it was fine getting bed but a couple of occasions i couldnt but largely because people had reserved them and gone into town - would be really helpful if hotel discouraged this ..
