Hotel is very well positioned for the famous spots. Hotel is a bit tired and more attention could be payed to cleaning.

Our room was small with a good sized bathroom room was tired,carpet stained,furniture and fittings need renewing.bed linen clean.good selection for breakfast.staff were helpfull. The road had been completely dug up and work ongoing till september

The hotel is situated within a short walk of the city centre and many tourist attractions. The hotel room was small but clean and comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. An ideal base for sightseeing in Bruges.

Bedroom needs new carpets furnishings. Road works!

Wonderful warm welcome when we arrived in the snow! Rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. Very helpful staff when needing directions to local amenitys. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh, all in all I could not have wished for anything more, thank you for making our stay so enjoyable x

Excellent location. A 15 minute walk from the station and all of the sites are easily walkable from the hotel. Our street was residential and quiet, but only a couple of minutes from the fish market and other more bustling streets. Breakfast was a continental buffet and there was plenty of it. Our top floor room had great rooftop views and we could see the fountain in the nearby park. The room was small but well presented and tidy. Our 'double' was actually two singles beds pushed together with separate duvets, which we don't like. If we'd wanted to sleep separately we would have booked a twin room! Bathroom was small, shower in bath was low (we are 6ft+) and the decor was a little tired. Looks about ready for a makeover or at least some re-grouting and tidying up, but it was clean and adequate for our needs. We didn't need any heating on in the room, but there was a huge radiator if we had felt cold. We spent most of our time out and about in lovely Bruges, so the room was just for sleeping. We would say reasonable value for money but would probably try somewhere else on our next visit.
