Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information. Pool access available from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.Reservations are required for massage services. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. One child 11 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms.

Localização excelente! Atendimento pelos funcionários muito bom, área de lazer muito boa.

- A cabine de banho muito pequena e estilo cápsula. - A pulseira de silicone entregue no checkin para abrir a porta do quarto e contabilizar o consumo foi fixada no braço (para não correr o risco de perder) com um lacre de plástico tipo “enforca gato” e o plástico que sobrava do lacre foi cortado. Com isso, ficou super desconfortável, finalizamos a estadia todos arranhados em várias partes do corpo, pois onde o plástico passava arranhava.

De uma forma geral da para relaxa uma localização boa perto da praia e da lagoa.

A distribuição de colaboradores não é inteligente. Exemplo, chegamos em uma quinta feira e demoramos duas horas para fazer o check-in pois havia parentes três atendentes, em paralelo tinham seis funcionários na entrada fantasiados que poderia estar auxiliando o pessoal no check-in. Outro ponto, passamos quatro dias e as refeições eram repetitivas, ficou enjoativo.

Local paradisíaco, tudo muito lindo, a praia é perfeita, o café da manhã maravilhoso.

A localidade não tem opções de comércio, lanchonetes, farmácia, mercadinhos, tudo muito distante. A noite fecha tudo, sua única opção é o resort, que felizmente oferece boas atrações para divertir os hóspedes.

O apartamento bom , o hotel está precisando de muita melhorias

O atendimento está deixando a desejar, a alimentação está de baixa qualidade, para o valor cobrado, tem funcionado trabalhando insatisfeito, fui atendida por um garçom mau educado e insatisfeito com seu trabalho, já estive hospedada com minha família outras vezes e sempre fui muito bem atendida nunca tinha saído tão insatisfeita como eu sai agora , estou tirando da minha lista este estabelecimento.
