Gestione dell'esperienza ben al di sotto delle aspettative. A fronte di una semplice richiesta di estensione del check-out di 30 minuti (a fronte dell'iniziale richiesta di posticipo di 1 ora in fase di prenotazione!) non ho percepito alcun realte tentativo di comprendere le nostre esigenze specifiche. Più che il rifiuto della richiesta, mi ha deluso l'approccio estremamente rigido e la sensazione di ricevere risposte standard senza un vero dialogo. Ho lasciato una recensione più dettagliata su Google Maps.

Cleaners woke us up every morning talking, banging around at 7.30 am. Can’t get air con to go below 22 degrees. Very strict about beach towels being cleaned and returned at end of stay.
