SEBeach access amazing, the trees around the villas beautiful, great to be close to Castaglione della Pescaia, pool area nice. Air con through the villa and great layout, nice kitchenette.
Resort restaurants below sub par and overpriced, no kiosk or food in the pool or on the beach, €38 to change a sheet or €9 to do your own washing - totally absurd for any resort or hotel, I’ve never experience that.

ATDie Lage gut für Rennradtouren, zu Fuß Restaurants erreichbar, Frühstück bis auf normales Schwarzbrot alles da, sehr sauberes Zimmer, Strand super mit immer dem selben Schirm mit zwei Liegen,
Dass man am Abreisetag nur bis 11:00 Uhr am Strand bleiben darf sonst muss man einen Tagespreis zahlen. Es waren über die Hälfte der Liegen nie benützt! Und leider gibt es nicht wirklich einen guten Raum um die Rennräder sich zu verwahren.
