good stay I like the decoration of the hotel. it has a nice and clean natural water pool. I like the message as well. But the air condition in the room was bad. The wi-fi was slow.

Will come back again, relaxing and indulging! Pros: resort feeling and ambiance, good selection of food with good quality, refreshing thermal water. Cons: the view was nice but not one to dedicate your stay for, outdoor pool is not heated.

Everything was perfect. We will definitely come back here. This is the hotel to stay if you’re in the area. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful rooms. Decoration was also impeccable.

"It was a very calm and nice place "

Good hotel nice and calm, good location, good reastaurant, amazing food, nice tables and seats in the cafe, clean hotel however, gym is very small and extreamly bad, spa not good, staff are nice except one guy in the reception he is the only one wearing jacket he is very rude, we book suite and they gave us small rome then after we talk to them they change it, no tea or coffe in the room, i paid 1800 $ for 4 nights but it is really too much for their facilities and will never come back again,

The hotel is the best in that area , people are frindly especially the front disk Zenab . Their food is super . But No aire condition in the rooms . In Abant nothing to do , you feel board . One day is enough to stay.
