Canteen staff so quick to remove eating plates without completing further food ordered

The location of this property is 10/10. It's right next to the Coorg Golf Links and is surrounded by beautiful mountains. The garden/lawns are maintained really well. It has beautiful flowers all around. The rooms are spacious and have large balconies. The phones in the rooms weren't functioning so we were given mobile numbers of people we could reach out to at the front desk/kitchen which is a good thing I guess.

The service at the restaurant is very very slow (even at odd hours when there were only 2 more tables apart from us) and the food is very average. On our last day we missed breakfast but came in for a bite and asked if we could get a small bowl of cereal for my child and they took 20 mins to bring it, at first they said they didn't have it but after we pleaded they obliged. When I asked for coffee, they brought me tea (again 20 mins later). Their pool is stunning but they don't serve any snacks at the pool at all. Basically you can't eat or drink at the pool (you might want to keep this in mind if you're coming with kids or in big groups). It's such a waste of having an infinity pool overlooking the golf course if you can't enjoy a drink and a snack on the lounge beds. We booked 3 rooms during our stay and one of the rooms checked out a little early as they had to go elsewhere, so as they settled the bill they specified that only 1 of them was checking out and they said the other 2 rooms will check out at the usual check out time. This led to one of the staff coming over to my room and trying to open the door with their spare key at 10:15 am, it scared me and when I went to the door to check, one of their staff was on the phone and he said "sorry" in a nonchalant manner. I wish the staff were a little more forthcoming when it comes to service, a little bit of training can fix all these issues. The property is stunning and it isn't cheap so there is a little more that guests expect. Hope they work on this feedback as it can really make the user experience so much better.

Location, cleanliness of room and entire resort property was well maintained, staff were courteous, service was good by house keeping staff. Swimming pool was well maintained, water was clean with filteration and water circulation turned on during day time. Spacious rooms with balcony.

Snacks were bit expensive. Rs.210 for a plate of pakoda. Didn't have food in the resort as it was bit expensive.

Great location and facility for visiting Drs in Naruvi hospital.
