Property was just ok, rooms were big.

Internet connection was very poor, staff had no set package for food. I felt what was being offered was not reasonable.

Everything else. Pathetic place. Rooms extremely untidy, bedsheets has spots all over them (had to change 4 bed covers), food was not up to the mark, corridors was extremely dirty and full of insects. The pathway has sprinklers to water the plants and sprinkles water on people walking on it. Poorly managed washrooms where no toiletries, towels had spot marks all over them.

Location, staff, food all good. But a bit expensive on the pricing as we stay in hotels and resorts throughout the year and compared to what you can get elsewhere for the same money this resorts pricing is high.

Cleanliness could be better. There were no ironboard or iron despite requesting for it. Mosquitoes are there but you would have it anywhere as it’s a forest area. Could do better with continental food. Sausages don’t need added chilli as there were many other Indian dishes for Indians. Scrambled eggs the chef needs to watch YouTube video and learn. Great masala omelette though.
