Konum güzel, metro durağının üzerinde ulaşım konusunda sıkıntısız bir şekilde faydalanabildik. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve yardımsever.

2 tek kişilik yatak birleşmesiydi yatak, çocukla yattığımız için biraz rahatsız etti. Genel olarak fena bir deneyim değildi.

I stayed at Hotel Fridhem from May 25th to May 28th. The hotel is about a 20–25 minute walk from Norrmalm. Overall, I had a good experience. My room was on the fifth floor and faced the main street. I had read some negative reviews about noise, so I was a bit worried before arriving, but honestly I slept really well every night. At a certain point in the evening, not even that late,the area becomes very quiet, and there wasn’t any noise that disturbed my sleep. I also enjoyed the breakfast: it was good and had a decent variety of options. In my opinion, it only lacked a few more sweet breakfast choices, like croissants or cake, and maybe scrambled eggs among the savory options.

As for the room cleaning, I already knew at the time of booking that housekeeping was done every four days, and I had no problem with that. However, I would have appreciated the room being properly clean at check-in: the tray with coffee, tea, and milk sachets, as well as the cups, glasses, teaspoons, and kettle, were quite dusty. Talking about the bathroom, I didn’t really like the shower area because there isn’t a proper shower box, so the bathroom floor gets quite wet.
