Dobbeltrom med enkeltseng var ikke helt gunstig med tanke på å betale 3000. Samt resepsjonisten ikke hadde helt kunnskap om rom da man ønske seg rom med glasshjørne.

Vi ble skuffet over størrelsen på superior-rom, det var forholdsvis lite og lite plass til oppbevaring av baggasje og klær. Rommet manglet speil for helfigur, det er kjekt å ha når en skal sjekke antrekket for kvelden. God standard frokost. Fint uteområde med utsikt over sjøen så lenge det ikke ligger cruiseskip i havna. Kort avstand til sentrum er et pluss.

Bra kvalitet på rom men vær varsom ned bestilling av tilbuds rom til kr 1900 uten og lese liten skrift. Et innvendig rom uten mulighet for og åpne vindu passer ikke for meg og kanskje ikke for mange andre. Oppgradering koster! Ellers helt ok og bra frokost buffe

Die Qualität ist im Namen, nicht in der Leistung. Wenn ich dieses Hotel mit Radisson Blu in Trondheim vergleiche, ist es wie Tag und Nacht. Quality Hotel teuer, schlechter Service, Parkieren wird nur auf kostenpflichtige Parkiermöglichkeiten hingewiesen und die anderen werden nicht erwähnt, Kaffee schlecht, von der Masse an Touristen ist das Buffet am Morgen am Anschlag. Bekommen habe ich ein Standardzimmer unter dem Dach, bei dem der grössere Anteil des Zimmers in der Dachschräge war. Der Nachtrollo verdunkelt und das Plissee nicht. Der Dachteil wurden vermutlich nachträglich ausgebaut und die Wasserleitungen nur angehängt. Wenn man Morgens zur allgemeinen Zeit duschen will, bekommt man von warm bis kalt alles. Ebenso kommt mal genügend bis fast kein Wasser. Am Waschbecken wars noch besser, dort versiegte der Wasserfluss. Schade, dass ich hier kein Video hochladen kann. Es würde amüsieren. Beim Check-In wurde nichts erwähnt, dass die Zimmer nur auf Verlangen gemacht werden. Als ich fragte, warum das Zimmer nicht gemacht wäre, verwies man auf Eco und auf die Information im Lift. Nur im Lift steht nichts. Ebenso kommt es noch darauf an, welchen Lift man nimmt. Nur in einem wird erwähnt, dass Frühstück an Sams-/Sonntagen erst ab 8 Uhr ist. Beim Check-In hiess es, Frühstück sei ab 6:30 Uhr. Fazit für mich - das schlechteste Hotel dieser Norwegen-Reise und das zweit teuerste dazu.

"Orimliga extra kostnader!!"

Tyvärr dålig betyg då vi kom klockan 11 rest sedan 05. Rummet var klart men vi skulle betala 250NOK/person och timme för att få tillgång till rummet. Helt oacceptabelt. Kändes lurade. Rummet ok men behövs rustas upp

Stort sett greit, sentral beliggenhet , bra frokost, fin bar . Men romsrengjøring ikke utføres i det hele tatt. Vi bodde der i tre netter og bare om to dager var det plukket håndkle fra gulvet på baderommet og levert en ny isteden . Ikke søppel ble tatt, ikke bed fikset. Kjemperart .
