Hotel was very close to the medieval city. Travelled with elderly relatives who were very happy with their ground floor room, which was spacious and had a private outdoor space. Outdoor bar area was very relaxing. It had a car park (albeit small with tight spaces - it could be difficult to park a large car). The car park also had plenty of electric chargers.

Our room on the 1st floor was and was much more compact as compared to the ground floor room. The bathroom was particularly small and a little difficult to manoeuvre when inside.

Wonderful hotel opposite the medieval area of Carcassonne. Stunning views of the surrounding area too. Bedroom is perfect with a comfortable bed, storage and en suite bathroom with bath! The air conditioning was very welcome in the extremely hot weather we enjoyed as well as the swimming pool. Breakfast offered fresh fruit, pastries, charcuterie and coffee.

Prime location just outside of the medieval city. Clean, lovely pool area and nice modern rooms.

Most of the staff were fantastic and so friendly. One night at the bar, one member of staff was quite rude. Apart from this, everything was lovely.

Very quaint hotel, staff could not do enough for you, polite and very friendly. Rooms were very out there, bright colourful wall paper. Rooms were small but well stocked with all the essentials.

The restaurant/bar area could do with ceiling fans as it was 35 degrees when we turned up and know air movement.
