"Better than expected."

Some of the reviews gave me an expectation that this wasn't going to be a top place to stay. I'm happy to say that this place exceeded my expectations. Not only is it excellently placed for a stop over on the way to the South, but it had the most comfortable bed and best sleep of my two-week holiday. The room is large and clean, with good facilities for a short stay. Within a couple of minutes walk there are three or four good restaurants for an evening meal. There is a lorry park behind the hotel but I never heard any noise as the room has triple-glazing. The price was very affordable too!

Nothing, it is designed to be a good place to break a long journey.
