Nous avons été contrarié, car la personne de l accueil ne trouvait pas notre réservation alors que j avais reçu la confirmation le matin et que tout était prêt pour mon arrivée. Il a donc refait un dossier pour une autre chambre, mais le premier dossier est débité pour non présentation. Après avoir discuté de ce souci avec la personne a l accueil , je devrai être remboursé rapidement. Affaire a suivre.
