"dated hotel definitely not Boutique. hall and staircase carpet needs changing ASAP Very Worn!"

hotel dated no fridge in room, asked about this and was told, we can used fridge behind reception counter. not much use on floor 5 at 3am in the morning if you need a cold drink.

"Good hotel in a nice area"

Lovely staff, hotel looked nice and clean

I would have liked some better pillows. The pillow I had did not really support and was quite flat. Also, the window from the toilet into the shower is really strange..

I always appreciate the friendly staff and clean modern atmosphere.

Please consider opening up breakfast at 0600. I was only able to enjoy the wonderful breakfast twice during my week long stay. 0630 is too late when I have to be at my first work meeting at 0700.
