Excellent value for money hotel. Five star facilities for three star price. Huge and very comfortable bed, very quiet, big room with great facilities. Great location on beautiful square with views of the alcazaba. Lovely roof terrace with (small) pool. Friendly staff. Ample breakfast.

It's a very minor complaint but the room temperature cannot be controlled from the room, which I would prefer. But the temperature was actually fine.

The spa was incredible and the location of the hotel was beautiful with the view from the room.

Very little privacy in the room since the it was one big room. After a shower the entire room was moist and the bathroom area lacked tables.

No me gustó lo poco funcional y práctica que es el diseño de la habitación que ocupamos, en la que durante toda la noche se oía el ruido de las máquinas de aire,por lo que fue difícil conciliar el descanso.

La ubicación y el spa.

El trato a la llegada durante el check in, la recepcionista no nos informó de todas las opciones que teníamos en el hotel. Esto nos provocó tener que ir descubriendo o volviendo a preguntar a compañeros suyos lo mismo en varias ocasiones, pasó con el desayuno, con las toallas para el spa... También avisamos que el váter japonés no funcionaba y no sabemos si llegaron a revisarlo, porque no nos dieron la información posterior y siguió sin funcionar.

The location was fantastic, couldn't be faulted. Bed was an excellent size and very comfortable.

I didn't feel the hotel was truly four star, there were aspects of our Junior Suite that wasn't fitting that standard. There was patches of dark, that looked like mold around the shower area, when we checked in there were a few small, minor issues that just let the experience down slightly. No bag in the bin, not a full refreshment tray. Small details but made an impression.
