Apartamento Ronda III

A very cozy and clean apartment, small, but everything you need is there. I was pleased with the kitchen and the stove;) . There are plenty of plates, pots, glasses, spoons, forks etc. You can come and live like at home. Another great thing about this apartment is that there is a padel court right below the house. The view from the window and balcony is stunning. And a special thank for the staff.. for your willingness to help, for your quick responses to messages and assistance with parking.. Thank you so much!

We weren't exactly lucky with the weather. It was very windy outside, and on the 15th floor, the wind whistled loudly at night. But that's more a question of nature than of the apartment.

Mooi appartement geschikt voor twee personen met uitstekende ligging aan zee. De eigenaar Alvaro doet zijn uiterste best om je te helpen bij problemen. De foto's tonen zoals het appartement echt is. De bijhorende parking is een grote troef. Niet twijfelen als je baar Fuengirola gaat. Een aanrader. !

The location was excellent. The property was very clean. The patio is such a perfect greeting with the views of the sea. The location is very quiet and relaxing.

Con diferencia, el peor alojamiento en el que he estado. Al llegar nos avisaron de una “pequeña gotera”, pero de pequeña no tenía nada: al segundo día el agua llegaba hasta el sofá del salón. No esperábamos que alcanzara esa distancia y, como consecuencia, mi pareja resbaló y sufrió una caída fuerte. La respuesta del alojamiento fue que, si queríamos devolución, sería solo de una noche y que teníamos que irnos inmediatamente. La forma de gestionar la situación fue quitarnos de en medio lo más rápido posible para poder meter a otra persona al día siguiente. Además, el trato fue desagradable, insinuando en tono burlón que intentábamos aprovecharnos y que el precio pagado ya era justo. Diez minutos después nos llamaron diciendo que sí, que podíamos quedarnos y que harían la devolución completa, dejando claro que lo único que querían evitar era un mal comentario. En ningún momento se interesaron por el estado de salud de la persona que sufrió la caída. Es la primera vez que me voy de un sitio sintiéndome tan insultado. Tener que marcharte por pedir algo razonable arruina por completo la experiencia, y más cuando no todo el mundo puede permitirse cambiar de alojamiento de un día para otro. Una gestión decepcionante.
