Μου άρεσαν τα πάντα, πρωινό, τοποθεσία, παροχές δωματίου, εστιατόριο το προσωπικό επίσης οι περισσότεροι τουλσχισυ

Το πρωί πριν το check in έστειλα μήνυμα στο κατάλυμα ενημερώνοντας πως υπάρχει περίπτωση να μείνω ένα βράδυ αντί για δύο λόγω προβλήματος με τα εισιτήρια μου.Δε μου απάντησαν καθόλου.Οταν πήγα να κανω check in τους ανέφερα το περιεχόμενο του μηνύματος.Η reception μου είπε ότι είχε δει το μήνυμα και η απάντηση ήταν να μιλήσω με τη booking.Της είπα έχω βρει λύση θα κάνω check out τα μεσάνυχτα.Δε μου άρεσε που δεν απάντησαν στο μήνυμα και που στις 22.00 το βράδυ,ενώ θα χάναμε το πρωινό μας λόγω πρόωρου check out ζητήσαμε στις 22.00 από το bar που έκλεινε ένα καφέ και ενώ ήταν και χάλια μας τον χρεωσατε 20 lei.Νομιζω για τέτοιο ξενοδοχείο το επικοινωνιακό κομμάτι λείπει από κάποιους υπαλλήλους και χρειάζεται.

am găsit cearceaful de pe pat pătat, în camera a fost frig, 18 grade celsius și nu se putea ajusta temperatură
