Enjoyed our stay at Mersina Exclusive. Breakfast was excellent. Host went far exceeded expectations! Gave us tons of information on things to see, beaches, and restaurants. Would definitely stay here agsin

Everything has been thought out for guest comfort. Staff available for questions. Location is walking distance to food and dance.

Wonderful property and hospitality. Delicious complimentary breakfast. Anna was so helpful with information, and map and setting up a rental car for us. Was in contact with us before and during our stay. Made everything so rasy

The owners were awesome, very attentive, and made sure to make our stay perfect. Anna noted the places, restaurants and highlights of the island for ua to have, we followed her advice and did not disappoint! The apartments were clean, and tidy, and had the basics you need for a few days of stay. Beds were comfortable, and the rooms had AC and the doors/windows had a mosquito net.

Very wonderful stay. The host was so accomodating, warm, and friendly. She was good and understanding to our young kids who were quite tired from travelling. The place was clean and nice. Down the road from the beautiful beach. Highly recommend

I would rate this place higher if I could. Right from check in we were greeted with lemonade and the front desk showed us a map of the island and told us all the the activities we could do, cool places to go and best beaches for what we wanted. They showed us our room and were so kind and friendly. The next day they helped us plan our bus routes to various towns. Breakfast was fantastic too! The best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had including around 15 unique pastries I’ve never had before. And all of them were nut free!! Ana took the time to explain each one to us on our first morning. I was so impressed. They remembered us and asked us how our days or activities went too which was so sweet. The only downside to this place is that the road to get there from nausea doesn’t have sidewalks and the cars go fast around the corners sometimes but lots of people were also walking to and from. Genuinely this has been one of the most positive hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Kind and friendly staff that went above and beyond.

I’m a very picky customer, and I would definitely recommend this hotel. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating and made us feel so welcomed when we walked into the hotel. Anna at the front desk was very helpful with everything. She suggested things to do according to our choice. One day we came back late from an excursion and I was tired and needed some tea. Even though the kitchen was closed, the owner of the hotel himself brought tea for me. It felt so good that we were staying at such welcoming place. I’m definitely going there again. Highly recommend this hotel as staff are all caring, you feel very safe, and it’s the perfect location for everything!
