Special shoutout to Anna the host! She was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. As soon as we arrived she gave us a warm welcome and told us about all the best places on the Island to visit. Would highly recommend the breakfast that the crew in the kitchen put on every morning - was absolutely delicious with lots of options! Room was beautiful and very clean. We will be back! Could not sing their praises loud enough :)

Staff excellent. Anna the manager was amazing. We’ve stayed in many hotels around the world and she’s by far the best we’ve dealt with. Professional, kind, helpful and friendly she’s a beautiful person and the owner is so lucky to have such a top notch manager on his team. Room was super comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional - a delicious full buffet. Location excellent - easy walk to Naoussa old port area, restaurants, shops and beach.

Great Hospitality

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet hôtel grâce à un accueil vraiment chaleureux. Le personnel est adorable, mention spéciale à Anna, à la femme de ménage ainsi qu’à la personne qui s’est occupée du transfert port–hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et très bon, et la localisation est idéale. Dans l’ensemble, l’expérience reste agréable grâce au service et à l’équipe, mais le tarif d’environ 190 € la nuit paraît un peu élevé compte tenu du standing des chambres.

En revanche, quelques points pourraient être améliorés : les chambres sont un peu datées, avec peu ou pas de rangements (pas de placards ni tiroirs), et la salle de bain est assez petite et vieillotte, avec parfois des remontées d’eau. Dommage aussi que, malgré une réservation de deux chambres à l’avance, nous n’ayons pas été placés côte à côte. Enfin, l’absence de piscine se fait ressentir (même si nous le savions en réservant).

The staff at the hotel were amazing and so welcoming. Their passion for Greece was infectious. The rooms are lovely and airy and in a really good location. The walk into town was about 5-10 minutes but also has plenty of shops right next to the accommodation (supermarket, restaurant, bakeries and pharmacy). Also handy parking behind the hotel for any hire vehicles. Overall a lovely stay and will be returning as soon as we can!
