Palazzo Arhontiko Apartments

We had high expectations having seen the previous reviews. We must say the Palazzo met them. Just willing to find some minor critics we can mention the bed: comfortable but closed along three sides so that one has to climb over the other to exit

The location is amazing just across the street from the beach. The apartment is nice with two balconies one actually with a view over the bay. AC is perfectly working and the beds are comfy. The bathtub/shower is working very well. The fridge is nice for keeping drinks cool.

During my stay I saw no single person from the hotel. They make you to use a webpage for check-in and tell you there is a key box which there is not. The information communicated with the online platform does not reach the hotel. Check-in form needs to be filled in by hand again and when asked the online service does not know about the details of the apartment. It feels sketchy and you can ignore it. The wifi is slow.

Stunning view, excellent location and lovely apartment. Very central for everything in Agios Nikolaos. Super restaurants on your doorstep and not too far away from other excellent restaurants. When we were there the weather was quite hot so relieved to have a beach in such close proximity. And our host Popi was so friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much for her she went over and above making us feeling at home. My wife raved about the pressure of the shower which was so invigorating. No hesitation in recommending here and looking forward to coming back some day.
